Tulips

This dwarf tulip, with star-shaped pointed petals, was growing in a tub amongst the tables and chairs outside the "Celtic Tree" tea room at Finlaystone House, Inverclyde. The temperature that day was in the mid-70s Farenheit in the middle of May.
