Flowers of Scotland - Spring
Daffodils

Daffodils

Yet another variety of daffodil, this time with a deep orange trumpet, is called Sun Charriot. With different varieties and methods of cultivation it is possible to have daffodils in flower from December (inside) to May. And, of course, those growing in the north of Scotland flower later in the season than those in the south, even though they are only a few hundred miles apart.
