Flowering Cherry

Flowering Cherry

This variety of cherry tree produces a profusion of long drooping racimes of flowers. It is particularly popular in public spaces where it has room to grow as mature specimens can grow to a fair size. This one was growing in a park beside the river Teith in Callander in Stirlingshire.
