Flowers of Scotland - Spring
Azaleas

Azaleas

It is easy to see from this photo why azaleas have become so popular, not only in Scotland where the acid soil suits the plant, but in other parts of the world too. While they are at their best in the glorious sunshine which prevailed on the day this photo was taken, they also can also brighten up a shady corner on a dull day.
