Spirea Arguta
There are many different varieties of Spirea. "Arguta" is sometimes called "Bridal Wreath" and has masses of dainty white flowers on thin arching branches. This photo was taken in a car park - on the South Inch parkland in Perth. No wonder Perth is a leading contender in the "Britain in Bloom" contest every year!
