The statue of Sir William Wallace on the left is located on the walls of Edinburgh Castle, mirroring a similar statue to Robert the Bruce on the other side of the entrance to the castle. The statue on the right is high on the wall of the Wallace National Monument just outside Stirling, overlooking the site of his victory at the Battle of Stirling Bridge.

The stained glass window on the left is in Paisley Abbey, not far from his probable birth place at Elderslie. The window on the right is in St Margaret's Chapel inside Edinburgh Castle.
